Every child's safety is paramount, and the Chesterton Primary School is an institute that should signify this. As a community member whose primary concern revolves around the safety of children attending this school, it is alarming to witness the systematic dismissal of their well-being by those entrusted with the responsibility of nurturing their growth.

It is with great disappointment, therefore, that I urge for the removal of the current Headteacher of Chesterton Primary School. The lack of prioritization for children's safety under the guidance of this headteacher is a wound that cannot heal without action.

Evidence from Ofsted’s 2017 report on primary education highlights that safety measures in schools directly impact children's intellectual and psychological growth. I fear our children attending Chesterton Primary School are being denied these very crucial aspects of their development due to negligence from the headteacher.

We must remember, the future of our community lies in the hands of the children today. If their safety is compromised, so is our future. We cannot sit idle as our children are steered away from their potential by the one expected to guide them towards it.
