Good morning everyone.

Many of you have reached out over the last few months asking what the best way to help on this topic is. As I’ve said then, and now, the best thing you can do if you actually want to see these removed from your community is to physically show up and hopefully even express that publicly to the council.

Tonight for the first time in months, you will have that opportunity. The workshop will likely pivot quickly into how the cameras can be regulated and kept instead of simply removed.

If you truly want to have these devices removed from the streets so they are not continuously capturing unnecessary data about your daily life, you need to show up and tell them that.

City Hall 5:30PM. Arrive early and sign up to speak.
