Since my last update on 4/10/2025, little has changed. On 4/24/2025, there was a pre-trial conference. On 5/20/2025 there was a Supplemental Response to Request for Discovery (Follow-up on a previous discovery) from the State. Today, 5/22/2025, there was another pre-trial conference and the next one is scheduled for 7/10/2025.

How long are we going to drag this out? We aren't forgetting what Tanner Pool did and we still #DemandTheMaximum!
