yesterday & today, Christians around the world will celebrate christmas. they will celebrate while the products they buy, the food they buy, funds the destruction of Jesus's homeland.

lets be real – Jesus was Palestinian – Christian history is deeply rooted in Palestine. israel destroys churches. israel destroys heritage / archaeological sites and artefacts dating thousands of years. this shows clear intentions to erase Palestinian existence – along with their indigeneity and ties to the land. 

this is the third christmas during which Gaza is being exterminated. Palestinians are displaced under inhumane conditions, made apparent by the recent storm Byron. over 13 homes have collapsed, and some 27,000 tents have been flooded or swept away. flooded by water contaminated by sewage, fresh graves, and serious diseases. the UN has been blocked from delivering temporary shelters to families in the Gaza Strip.

president Trump's ' peace ' scheme has divided Gaza by a ' yellow line '. israel still controls over half of the enclave, including all arable land. Palestinians are cut off from the Rafah crossing, and confined to an ever-shrinking concentration camp. many have woken up to yellow blocks ( that mark the line ) on their doorsteps, forcing them to flee. constant displacement.

near the yellow line – or all across Gaza – executions of civilians continue. on December 10, 16-year-old Zaher Nasser Shamiya was shot, then crushed by an israeli bulldozer while still alive. this is not an isolated incident, but follows a pattern of crushing Palestinians with israeli machinery, to inflict a slow and excruciating death.

the unjust arrest, isolation, torture, and rape of Palestinian ' prisoners ' ( hostages ) continues. this is systemic, serving to destroy the fabric of Palestinian society, PCHR found that this alone constitutes an act of Genocide. please read this article, highlighting how Palestinians are being raped with military dogs. with dogs. 

please don't forget that a Genocide is unfolding before the eyes on the world. a Genocide that stole the lives of over 600,000 + people. it's not a merry christmas for everybody

this is the season of GIVING. so here, here, & here I have shared some families in dire need of your support.

please don't stop applying pressure on your elected officials. the Irish Government / media hasn't done nearly enough for our brothers & sisters in Palestine or Sudan.

I have laid out email templates directed at Irish Government representatives / media workers, demanding swift action and accurate reporting on the horrors we see in Gaza and Sudan.

these messages are already typed out and ready to use. you only have to copy - paste the message, edit the text however you wish ( optional ), sign your name, then finally send your email to the provided email addresses. you don't have to be in Ireland ^^
