We have filed a Petition for Writ of Certiorari and Claim for Manifest Injustice w the Supreme Court.  We must have justice and no one should be denied there due process rights in the great state of Florida and accross the USA.  Judge Martin must be impeached for abusing the law.  See below as was sent to the Supreme Court.  Please pass along this petition we only need a few hundred more signatures to have her impeached.  Never give up!!  Fight Fight Fight!!

Dear Honorable Justices,

Respectfully submits this Petition for Writ of Certiorari based on Manifest Injustice, seeking review of the final judgment entered by the 6 thDistrict Appeals Court on August 19, 2024 and lower tribunal court on February 15, 2024. I am writing to assert that the lower trial court's constituted a serious procedural error, deprived me of due process, and violated my fundamental rights. The Lower court's decision is so fundamentally unfair and unjust that it shocks the conscience as it was a clear and egregious violation of law or due process.

Grounds for Rehearing based on Procedural Errors and Violation of Due Process

This Lower Court's overlooked the Petitioners fundamental due process rights which is a clear violation of the 14 thAmendment of the Constitution suffered by Petitioner in the lower court proceedings. Petitioner's counterclaims were not heard by the lower tribunal court even though they were pled and responded to by respondent, depriving Petitioner of a fair opportunity to present breach of contract, personal injury, and constructive eviction claims. The Petitioner was not even given an opportunity to replead the counterclaims before the Judge denied them. This denial of due process constitutes a fundamental error that warrants review by this Court.

Mullane v. Central Hanover Bank & Trust Co. (1950) - This case ensures that a party receives adequate rights to a counterclaim, allowing them to exercise their due process rights.

Sniadach v. Family Finance Corp., supra - taking of property without notice and prior hearing, violates the fundamental principles of procedural due process. Pp. 395 U. S. 339-342.

Fuentes v. Shevin, 407 U.S. 67 (1972) - Procedural due process in the context of this case requires an opportunity for a hearing before the State authorizes its agents to seize property in the possession of a person upon the application of another

Petitioner for counterclaims against Respondent that were never lawfully heard by Lower Tribunal Court and Appellate court and directly violated Petitioners right to Due Process and 14 thAmendment Rights under the Constitution of the United

States of America.
