While we achieved a great victory earlier this week, our work continues. Today, I am excited to announce the formation of the NAR Accountability Project, a nationwide grassroots movement that will demand immediate change at NAR.
After meeting with current and past employees and hearing the harrowing stories of harassment and abuse, we know that the toxic culture at NAR goes beyond one person. To create a safe work environment and to put the organization in position to once again thrive, we are launching this effort.

The NAR Accountability Project seeks the following immediate actions:
- The resignation of NAR CEO Bob Goldberg and the rest of his leadership team. These horrific actions occurred under their watch and they cannot be part of a new NAR.
- Institute a third party HR reporting system for NAR employees to file sexual harassment claims outside the chain of command.
- Release all women from non-trade secret NDA's. The time for silencing women is at an end. They must be allowed to use their voice.
These policy positions don't come from me. They come from the brave women within and outside of NAR. I've had the honor to speak with them over the past few days and believe these steps are necessary to make change happen.
