Hello Five Parks neighbors,

I met  Ryan Stevenson, Director of Vibrant Community and Neighborhoods, who is new to Arvada and has been working with Arvada parks for 6 months. I spoke with him about the playground at Russell Park and he seemed very empathetic to our situation and interested in at least evaluating whether the playground at Russell Park is something that is in need of updating in the near-term to better serve families in the community. This is the first progress I've made on the issue in the past year, and it is very exciting! I'll let you know how things progress.
