Petition gained 2400 more signatures since Monday. Spread the Word and help save more lives!!

Thanks to everyone who has signed and shared the petition. The petition now has over 4404 signatures since hitting the 2000 mark on Monday. There were 120 new comments as of yesterday morning expressing concern and outrage toward the negligence taking place which were sent to the American Red Cross and United Way Presidents. The petition and comments were also sent to United Nations and World Health Organization contacts to give them a clearer perspective of the magnitude of this ionization issue in hopes they will eventually issue a worldwide ban on these dangerous devices. This petition has a far more reaching effect than the signatures face value as each person who signs has family and when they switch over to safer more reliable photoelectric / heat alarms several peoples lives are out of harms way and they will likely let their friends and coworkers know and 4404 people eventually snowballs into 10's of 1000's and eventually millions. This problem is so vast with 100's of millions of ion alarms in homes in U.S. alone and likely close to a billion worldwide. We need to continue to spread the word and eventually reach the 2.7+ billion homes around the world. This can only be done with the help of the United Nations and World Health Organization. Until they join this effort it is up to us to create as much public awareness as possible so please share this petition with as many people as you can. Thanks for your support !!
