Over the years, Elon Musk's controversial actions have been a tremendous concern for many. Now, Musk has used his vast wealth and influence to buy close ties with former President Trump and seize immense power in the United States government system. As the leader of the newly formed Department of Governmental Efficiency, Musk has advanced his Alt-right, white nationalist, and neo-Nazi agendas and suppressed the rights of women, minorities, and the LGBTQ+ community, all while destroying millions of government jobs. 

At the same time, Musk has avoided transparency regarding his compliance with federal laws related to conflicts of interest. Musk retains significant financial interests in numerous private entities that benefit from federal government contracts.

Musk has resorted to bullying dissenters online, even threatening to arrest protestors in some instances.

Tesla is an innovative company with the mission "to accelerate the world's transition to sustainable energy." Tesla owners and fans are diverse, representing persons of virtually every color, race, gender, sexual orientation, nationality, disability status, religion, and creed. Musk's actions not only detract from Tesla's mission.

Tesla should not allow Musk to use his platform as CEO to pursue oligarchy and promote unconstitutional government conduct. Tesla is a publicly traded company. This petition calls upon Tesla to fire Elon Musk as CEO. 

By signing this petition, we urge every signatory to commit to a silent protest by boycotting Tesla. This includes resistance to purchasing Tesla vehicles and using Tesla's supercharging services until Tesla fires Musk as CEO. Stand up for justice and fairness and sign this petition.
