I, like many other American taxpayers, have been painfully wronged by our government. What was once a symbol of democracy and justice for all now seems to mimic an entity of fraud and deceit, pillaging the hard-earned money of its citizens. Our tax dollars, taken with the promise of enhancing our quality of life and maintaining the democratic values we cherish, have been misused for contrary purposes. We were even subjected to propaganda funded directly from our pockets through mainstream outlets. In any setting, especially the private sector, this would be seen as grand theft and deception and met with severe legal ramifications, including financial compensation for the victim.

Unfortunately, our government seems to function above these principles of honesty and accountability. Simply putting perpetrators behind bars is not enough. This does not return the money that was unjustly taken from us. Thus, we demand not only absolute accountability from our government, but financial retribution as well.

Between USAID, the Treasury, and other U.S. government agencies, trillions of dollars are circulating, much of it coming from taxpayers (Source: Congressional Budget Office). It's time for us to stand up for our rights, demand transparency in government spending, and insist on a refund for the financial mismanagement we've been subjected to. We kindly urge you to contemplate the severity of this matter and contribute in our fight.

If for no other reason, sign this petition to begin the abolishment of federal income tax and the IRS, and compensate for the damages we as taxpayers have incurred because of the actions of our government.
