We are the die-hard fans of Slipknot from Perth, Western Australia. It's been an agonizingly long period since we've witnessed the energetic, soulful presence of the band performing live in our city. We, as dedicated fans also addressed as 'Maggots', find it high time our collective voices are heard to bring Slipknot back to our city.

Slipknot, an American heavy metal band from Des Moines, Iowa, formed in 1995, is known for their powerful performances and frantic energy. They released their debut album in 1999 which peaked on the Billboard 200 chart at No. 51 and has since been certified double platinum in the US. In a country where rock music enjoys a sizable fan base with 32% of Australians listening to it, according to a 2018 ABC survey, it's only fair that venues around the nation cater to this demand. It's about time Western Australia, and specifically Perth, gets to share in the worldwide experience and exhilaration of a Slipknot concert.
