I am a lifelong Jacksonville Jaguars fan, and proudly so until recently. Over the years, my passion for this team has begun to dwindle due to the rising frustration and distress tied to the mismanagement and low performance of this organization. Since Shad Khan assumed ownership, the quality of our team's management has deteriorated significantly. 

Our team has gone through a continual period of poor performance. In fact, since Khan took ownership in 2011, the Jaguars have had only one winning season and an abysmal record of 62-144. This is not merely an opinion; it's a detrimental trend supported by numbers. Jaguars fans, myself included, see not just our time and money being wasted, but our emotional investment in the team being disregarded.

Mr. Khan, below are the grievances we as Jaguars fans and season ticket holders have against you. 

• The Jaguars have been consistent in losing, in that we've had one 10 win season since you took ownership (10-6: 2017 Season)
• You have continually entrusted your team to incompetent people such as Dave Caldwell, Urban Myer, and most recent, Trent Baalke.
• You care only about the financial profit of the team, focusing on stadium upgrades, ticket prices, and having bought the team for $777 Million, now worth $4.6 Billion, according to Forbes
• Consistent Half Measures. The most recent example: Retaining Trent Baalke after Firing Head Coach Doug Pederson due to a 4-13 record for the 2024 season. This has impacted the head coaching search in 2025 to lose out on top names like Ben Johnson, Aaron Glenn, and Liam Cohen. You have created a culture for head coaches that gives more fear for the future than hope
• You lack the football knowledge to know how to build a winning organization and have surrounded yourself with people who give you bad advice 

We as a loyal fanbase and season ticket holders seek nothing but the resurgence of our favorite NFL team. We believe a change in ownership would create a winning culture that we seek. We desperately want a new era of competent management and team success, boosting our love for this team and restoring pride in our Jaguars.

We, therefore, demand Shad Khan to consider selling the Jacksonville Jaguars to someone that has a better understanding of the NFL and demonstrates competent leadership, or fire Trent Baalke as the General Manager, ending his decision making for this organization. New leadership, hope, and competitiveness is the only option for us to continue to support the Jaguars that we deeply care about.
