Americans are suffering from Learned Helplessness Syndrome by not exercising our power as constituents. Americans have forgotten that constituents are the legislators employers, not their subjects. 

We can exercise our power by signing the petition and calling the State Senate to demand that the State Senate comply with the federal and state laws by vacating Wiener and voting his legislative work.
