I am one of the countless victims of Evri's poor delivery service. My personal experience involved a clear video evidence of an Evri driver delivering a parcel but then stealing another from my porch. Despite providing this evidence, Evri refused to take action. The police were unable to prosecute due to Evri’s company policy that allows drivers to take undelivered parcels home with them, rendering any search of the driver’s property futile.

Evri is known for its shocking customer service and yet, if you want to order from retailers such as Next, Gymshark, ASOS, Boohoo or Pretty Little Thing you have no choice as who delivers your parcel. This puts customers at risk of theft, damage or simple lack of care for their parcels.

Many customers share similar stories and frustrations with this courier company. It is time we demand change from retailers who continue using their services despite numerous complaints about lost and damaged goods.

We are calling on all major retailers in our country offering only Evri as a delivery option - give us the choice! Let us choose a courier service that respects our purchases and provides quality customer service.
