Posting an Update

To date, there has been no response from the Ocean Pointe Master Association Board of Directors with regard to the complaints lodged by several sub-associations of the Ocean Pointe Residential Community Association pertaining to the issue at hand.  State Representative David Alcos is also looking into this matter.

The current board members that voted in favor or returning Kerrie Prowse to the board are now listed in the petition.   The vote was recorded in open session meeting minutes. They have also had the forensic audit reports in hand before voting.

Forensic audit reports are readily available upon request. 

Homeowners of Ocean Pointe need to be aware of whats happened.  Please share if you are able to. Mahalo!
