As a dedicated Tesla shareholder and car owner, I have always believed in the company's mission to accelerate the world's transition to sustainable energy. The innovative strides Tesla has made in electric vehicles and renewable energy have been nothing short of revolutionary. However, the company’s leadership must reflect the values of responsibility and integrity that we as shareholders, customers, and global citizens hold dear.

On June 15, 2025, Elon Musk made public statements that falsely accused Democrats of being responsible for the murder of two Democrats in Minnesota on June 14, 2025. These statements were not only outrageous and unfounded but also detrimental to Tesla's reputation and stakeholder trust. Our leaders must be truth-bearers, fostering an environment of accountability and respect, not division and misinformation.

The mission of Tesla is paramount and must be upheld by individuals who act with utmost integrity. Reckless communication and unsubstantiated claims not only harm the public image of Tesla but also affect the core values and morale within the company.

Tesla deserves leadership that embodies transparency, responsibility, and truth. We urge the board of directors to take decisive action and demonstrate their commitment to these values by removing Elon Musk from his leadership position within Tesla. This is necessary for maintaining the credibility and ethical standing of the company that so many of us support.
