My two-year-old child's life was suddenly and brutally taken away due to medical negligence by Imperial Multi-speciality Hospital in Chikhali, Pune, Maharashtra. The horror of discovering that my child's leg had been brutally burnt by trusted medical professionals at the hospital, only to lose him on the spot, is indescribable.

This is not just about my tragic loss; it is about preventing future tragedies from happening to other innocent children and families who trust these medical institutions with their lives. Imperial Hospital has had a history tarnished by reports of medical negligence, yet no substantial actions have been taken to ensure accountability or reform the system that seems content to protect its own.

Adding to it, the Sasoon Hospital Committee in Pune, instead of helping in the pursuit of justice, appears to be complicit in shielding the accused doctors from facing the rightful consequences. This petition calls for a thorough reinvestigation by the Sasoon Hospital Committee into the role of Dr. Jitesh Madansing Dobhal, Dr. Rajneesh Mishra, and Dr. Rohan Mali in my child's untimely death.

The pattern of protecting guilty parties was evident in the infamous Pune Porsche incident, and it seems history is repeating itself. We cannot let these injustices continue. The lack of strict, enforceable laws allows negligent doctors to practice without fear of consequence, putting countless lives at risk. It's time to break this cycle with the establishment of stricter regulations and more robust mechanisms for holding medical practitioners accountable.
