Our Legal team are in the process of applying for Legal Aid and if granted place the application for Judicial Review in front of the first Judge to see if it will go to a full hearing to be heard the High Court in London.

Unfortunately its a very slow process and these things take time. We. are personally very frustrated at all the delays but are beyond our control.

Rest assured we will fight this unjust charge against us and for all the other miscarriage of justice victims who were also deducted the board and lodge.

We are all grateful for your support its made us more determined to fight and gives us great strength to carry on and seek Justice.
