Ministry of Justice have been placed on notice that we are taking them to the High Court to challenge their crazy decision not to give those who paid out money for bed and board in prison and who were  totally Innocent of the crimes they were accused of and proved it.

As per usual MOJ  are dragging their  heals and was sent a letter 14 days ago in accordance with the Law and have not responded to our claim against them.

My Lawyers have given them till 15th of October to respond and if the response is not forthcoming they can pay for the legal costs of this case.
