Demand Reform of Bloc Québécois' Presence and/or removal from Parliament

Demand Reform of Bloc Québécois' Presence and/or removal from Parliament
Le problème
I am a devoted Canadian who firmly believes in the cohesive growth of our nation. And it pains me to see that seats in parliament, which could be used by other parties to drive policies that benefit Canada as a whole, are being occupied by Bloc Québécois. This very party, led by Yves-Francois Blanchet, has spent years fostering agendas which feel predominantly divisive rather than unifying. Their stance is no better explained than by Blanchet's own comments: "We are, whether we like it or not, part of an artificial country with very little meaning, called Canada." and "I don’t want to be Prime Minister of Canada."
In the year 2019, the Bloc Québécois held 32 out of 338 seats within the House of Commons (source: Parliament of Canada official website). That's nearly 10% of the legislative power being conduced towards a vision that belittles our country's significance and contributes to dissemination rather than unity. This cannot be overlooked and left unchallenged. Today they still hold 22 seats.
Let's demand a reform. Bloc Québécois must revamp their reasons for existence in a manner that aligns with a pro-Canada stance. It's time that they either change their direction or vacate the parliamentary seats they're holding. Such a shift is necessary to ensure that these seats can be used by parties that are passionately invested in the betterment of Canada.
The Bloc Québécois was founded in 1991 by Lucien Bouchard, who also became its first leader, in order to represent and advocate the Quebec sovereignty movement at the federal level in the Parliament of Canada.
it is clear the the only reason for the Bloc to exist is to fight for Quebec separation.
Please, sign this petition so as to signal that we believe in the might of our country, Canada, and will stand against forces that aim to undermine it.
