Demand PlayStation to Enhance Software Updates for Improved Customer Experience

Many of us believed in the promise of PlayStation. We were filled with excitement at the prospect of no limits when upgrading from PlayStation 4 to 5, eagerly spending our hard-earned money to experience the boundless worlds it promised to deliver. However, much to our disappointment, we have been urged to upgrade again to the PS5 Pro, while the existing software continually misses the mark on customer needs.
Customers are struggling with the lack of Internet accessibility and restoration of AirPlay for media, causing significant frustration among families who rely on online walkthroughs for their kids to play games or AirPlay films after a purchase. The solutions offered by Sony are not feasible – urging customers to buy magazines for walkthroughs or to shell out more money to buy movies or pay for theater visits.
Understandably, many families, prioritizing basic needs such as food and housing, are unable to make these additional expenses. It is essential to remember that we are customers before gamers, and our needs must be genuinely accommodated rather than exploited for greater profits.
The fact that themes and layouts can be updated and new, limited apps can be rolled out, but basic consumer service needs are being disregarded is deeply concerning and perceptibly intentional on Sony's part.
Now is the time to rally all PlayStation users and demand that Sony stops ignoring our needs. It is, after all, our contributions that keep PlayStation in business.
