End Perpetual Car Registration & License Renewal Fees in Texas!

Texas State Legislature & Texas Department of Motor Vehicles (TxDMV)

🔹 What do you want them to do?

We demand the Texas Legislature pass a law to:

✅ Eliminate annual vehicle registration renewals – Make it permanent unless ownership changes.

✅ Create lifetime driver’s licenses (or extend renewals to at least 25 years).

✅ End the revocation of driving privileges for unpaid administrative fees (registration or license renewals).

✅ Require all registration and licensing revenue to be used solely for vehicle identification solely. Not as a weapon to unconstitutionally search or seize vehicle.  If the vehicle is not reported stolen. Move on.,

✅ Stop funding other government programs without our consent 

🔹 Why is this important?

Texans are forced to pay annual car registration fees and license renewal fees just to use their own private property. The state claims this is for “public safety,” but the truth is:

🚨 This is a hidden tax, NOT a safety measure.

🚨 Your vehicle ownership doesn’t change every year, so why pay again and again?

🚨 Your driving ability doesn’t expire every few years, so why keep renewing?

🚨 If trailers and boats can have permanent registration, why not cars?

💰 Texas collects over $4 BILLION per year from these unnecessary fees. That money goes into the state’s general fund, not just roads or safety programs.

This system is designed not for safety, but for revenue generation.
