Yesterday, we closed this petition thinking the fight was over, but it was just a setback. On April 23, 2026, WBD shareholders voted to approve the Paramount Skydance merger. However, the deal is not finalized. This is now a fight against the monopoly in the regulatory and public space. 

We demand Paramount Skydance and David Zaslav halt this merger, which threatens to gut iconic studios and cut thousands of jobs.

The Demand:

We are calling for a complete change in leadership. We need to FIRE DAVID ZASLAV and HIRE JIM SAMPLES as the new CEO of WBD to steer the company back to independent success, not a disastrous merger.

We need to keep Warner Bros. independent.
