Just a quick update to keep this petition active and everyone informed. As many of us know firsthand, delayed flights are frustrating, but even more frustrating is the prolonged wait for fair compensation. Currently, P&O Cruises is pursuing legal action against Maleth Aero over unpaid compensation owed to passengers, and now Maleth Aero has counterclaimed for £3.03 million against Carnival (P&O’s parent company).

For future travel, P&O has replaced Maleth Aero with TUI Airways, Norse Atlantic, and Virgin Atlantic to prevent further disruptions. However, those still waiting for compensation haven’t seen relief yet, and we continue to push for accountability. This image is a reminder of the reality that many of us faced during these delays.
