As some of you may know, Maleth Aero is facing legal challenges over a series of flight delays, leaving passengers in the lurch. P&O Cruises has since ended their partnership with Maleth Aero, but the compensation issue remains unresolved. The Civil Aviation Authority has made it clear that passengers are entitled to compensation under UK law, yet Maleth Aero continues to refuse payments .

This ongoing battle highlights the urgent need for stronger consumer protections, which is why we are also calling for the UK Government to amend or introduce new legislation that holds travel companies accountable when things go wrong.
