I want to speak directly, without filters.
What happened to me is not rare. It’s just usually buried.
I was criminalized for trying to communicate about my own children. Criminalized while holding documentation that proved I was telling the truth. Criminalized because the system rewards calm performance over factual reality.

Those two pieces tell the truth better than any legal document ever will.
They tell you what it’s like to be erased from your children’s lives while you’re still alive.
What it’s like to hand over evidence and be dismissed anyway.
What it’s like to watch an abuser stay calm and composed while the victim is framed as “unstable.”
What it’s like when the police, the Crown, and the institutions designed to protect you decide you are easier to punish than to help.
This petition isn’t about one case.
It’s about a system that criminalizes victims while protecting manipulative, well-rehearsed offenders.
It’s about every parent who lost their children because the other parent knew how to perform calm.
Every survivor who was disbelieved because trauma isn’t tidy.
Every woman told she was “hysterical” while the man harming her was praised for being “measured.”
Every person who was punished for raising their voice instead of staying quiet.
