Minister Prue Car continues to refuse to review the evidence that underpins her Department's advice about the LifeVac. The NSW DoE has repeatedly misled the Minister by providing false information as part of their advice and has demonstrated incompetence and a complete lack of knowledge of the law, regulations, and codes in Australia and how they apply in schools. 

As the Minister (and the NSW Premier) will not step up and review the situation, this deceptive conduct has now been forwarded to the NSW Ombudsman for investigation. 

Meanwhile in Western Australia the father of Za Za (Brian) who died after choking on a grape at a family outing met with the Federal Minister Ian Goodenough MP who will right to the Health Minister to support the widespread adoption of the LifeVac.
