The "evidence" and "advice from NSW Health" cited by the NSW Education Minister's Department for not supporting the installation of the LifeVac in NSW schools, turns out to be a single opinion without any rigor or substantive evidence. It is very likely that in the event of the next death or serious injury from choking in a NSW school (when not if) such a poor defense would not stand up in court to protect the NSW Education Department from significant liability resulting from not acting when they had the chance to prevent further deaths. It's a big fail for the Education Minister and her Department.

Meanwhile, since the last update, LifeVac has had three more saves in Australia, all after first aid failed all without harm. This is now 1900 saves worldwide with no failures.
