Thank you to Councillor Zeli Munjiza and Councillor Ethan Monaghan for raising a number of questions in order to try and clarify the status of work at Sinozich Park in Edmondson Park.

Reference was made to 
Page 177 to 183 capital works program in the Meeting agenda 

26 /27  draft budget and master plan are still to be done 

Sinozich Park won't be commenced in the next financial year 26/ 27 

Page 496 of QWN7 master plan and funding have NOT been confirmed.

Technical studies are still being done.

How far off  is the commencement of Sinozich Park? The answer may as well be How long is a piece of string?

The answer frim the Director for Planning was that the masterplan is to be completed by July 2027, in short We are a LONG WAY OFF from even starting the project let alone having it finished.
