We, the people, demand immediate legal reform to stop the abuse of outdated procedures, false accusations, and violations of constitutional rights.

Our current legal system routinely violates the rights of citizens by allowing:

• False and one-sided charges
• Prosecutorial bias
• Lack of police accountability
• Confusing, contradictory laws
• Disregard for due process and the Constitution

We call for the following changes:

1. Civil Defamation Counterclaims: Allow defense to file defamation suits immediately when falsely accused.

2. Statements from All Parties at the Magistrate Level: Determine true victims early, dismiss misunderstandings before escalation.

3. Equal Charging Requirement: DAs must charge both parties when mutual wrongdoing is found — no more selective prosecution.

4. Arresting Officers Must Attend Innocence Hearings: They must be held accountable if misconduct or false arrests occur.

5. Empowered Defense Counsel: Allow attorneys to press civil claims during open cases to prevent systemic abuse.

6. Constitutional Clarity and Enforcement: All laws must align with the Constitution and be understandable by the public.

7. Oath of Office Accountability: Any public official who violates their sworn oath to uphold the Constitution must face consequences.

These steps will:

• Reduce systemic corruption
• Restore trust in the legal system
• Save taxpayer money on lawsuits and incarceration
