As homeowners in the KB Verona community of Titusville, FL, especially Phase 1, we have been battling issues with poor quality sod since moving into our homes. Many of us raised concerns about this issue before closing on our properties, only to be dismissed by KB Homes. We were promised that the situation would be addressed under warranty, but despite giving them ample time and patience, no action has been taken.

This is not just a matter of aesthetics; it's a matter of compliance. The poor quality sod is causing violations with our Homeowners Association (HOA), leading to fines and additional stress for residents who are simply trying to maintain their homes according to community standards.

KB Homes has a responsibility towards its homeowners. They should either replace the sod or reimburse those homeowners who have had to replace it out of their own pockets due to its poor quality.
