I stand before you, a U.S citizen and a New Yorker, bearing witness to the concerning actions of our Governor - Kathy Hochul. Since her assumption of office on August 24, 2021, and subsequent official election in 2022, Governor Hochul's leadership has been marked by misuse of power, poor crisis management, and a shocking disregard for compromise, according to many of her constituents. Alarmingly, Governor Hochul's actions appear not focused on serving all the residents of our state, but instead being biased towards major cities and the left side of political spectrum.

Her responses to crises have often demonstrated panic and rushed decision-making, causing more problems instead of solving them. Her thorough lack of understanding of the word "compromise" is evident in her handling of multiple issues affecting our state.

Furthermore, the continuous pattern of prioritizing personal gain and power positions over dutiful service to her office is alarming. Misusing the office to further her own interests undermines the very essence of public service, thereby rendering her incompatible with the responsibilities she was elected to uphold.

The particularly stark lack of attention she has given to upstate New York, a region we call home, also raises significant questions about her motives and her commitment to the diverse needs of our state.

Our appeal is simple, we seek the impeachment of Governor Kathy Hochul. We believe that her actions are not in the best interests of the constituents she was elected to serve. It is our responsibility, as the people of New York, to demand better leadership, a leader who serves the entire state fair and square, commits to resolving issues through the spirit of compromise and puts the people above personal gain.
