“Demand Justice for Jasheme Fearon – Indicted Just Before His Release”

The Issue

My name is Rondalyn Williams, and I’m fighting for my son, Jasheme Fearon, a 32-year-old father who was preparing to come home after serving 3½ years in custody.
Just before his release, he was indicted on new charges that we believe are unjust, unsupported by evidence, and rooted in systemic failure.

Jasheme has not had a fair chance to defend himself. His access to discovery has been delayed, and our family is struggling to secure proper legal representation. We believe his constitutional rights have been violated — and that he is being targeted rather than treated fairly.

This case reflects a larger pattern that affects so many Black families across America.

I created this petition to demand justice, transparency, and due process — not just for Jasheme, but for every person denied a voice in the courtroom. Thanking everyone who visited and signed the petition.

Please sign, share, and help us get the support he needs to come home and reclaim his life, please help us raise funds/donate for legal service for jasheme : https://www.givesendgo.com/GH2EV
