TODAY we declare VICTORY!

This morning, all criminal charges against the remaining 3 family members - Yevhen, Inna and Oleh Makarenko - have been officially dropped by the Broward State Attorney’s Office. As of today, the family is no longer prosecuted by the State of Florida and their case has been formally dismissed. They all have been finally vindicated. 

We are beyond grateful for all the support, the generous donations, and all the thoughts and prayers throughout these difficult times. We wholeheartedly want to thank each any every one of you for signing and sharing this petition. Thanks to your support we have made it to 66,632 petition views, 2,314 signatures, 387 petition shares, and 62 promoters, who helped us strengthen our petition and make our voices heard. 

Innocent people should never have to go through anything like this in the first place. Being thrown into this nightmare has been beyond heartbreaking and wrongful on every single level. There was absolutely no valid or legal reason for any of this to happen. 

Today, justice was served, and our family is finally free. 

As we said in the beginning, the Truth will always win.
