Hello Everyone!

Thank you to all the new signers and supporters.

We would like to share with you the most recent updates on the ongoing criminal case and our fight for justice.

  • Inna and Yevhen Makarenko will be represented each by a public defender.
  • Oleh Makarenko will be representing himself with stand by counsel.
  • The Broward State Attorney’s Office declined to prosecute Pavlo Makarenko on Nov. 29, 2022 "because there was no reasonable likelihood of conviction" and
  • dropped charges completely against his twin brother, Vladyslav Makarenko in June 16, 2022 after his evidence was finally reviewed by the State Attorney’s Office proving that he was out-of-state at the time of the incident.
  • Our family actively denies any criminal accusation in this case and will continue to do so!!

Oleh Makarenko says in his interview:

"The only thing that the state has is the victims' report, sworn testimony that mentioned both of my brothers being there and now it turns out they weren't, and the state is no longer prosecuting them."

“The state knows that he’s lying. The state knows that they don’t have any evidence to support it. The only thing they apparently don’t know is that we have the evidence to prove our innocence.”

“We have evidence to disprove every single statement in his sworn testimony.”

"So out of five members of the family, only three are left, so where are they going with this?"
