Thank you to everyone who has signed so far! I wanted to share some information on some actions that you can take against Ashley DiFelice and Twist of Fate.
Please note, for anyone that would like to send a Victim Impact Statement:

Also, please note that if you are a former donor* to Twist of Fate/Ashley DiFelice:
As public documents state, she lost her 501c3 status in May of 2020. This means that she was falsely claiming to be a tax-exempt non-profit organization yet continuing to collect donations under false pretenses and failing to notify her donors or update her status wherever she collected funds (Instagram, PayPal, Facebook, GoFundMe, Patreon, the Twist of Fate website, etc).
Regardless of the monetary amount of the donation or the total of your donations, if you donated to Twist of Fate you can fill out form 13909, a Tax-Exempt Organization Complaint at irs.gov:

Address: 322 Valley Rd, West Grove, PA 19390 - (this is also the address where she took several animals to and that are still under her "care")

For Nature of Violation, please select the following: 1. Directors/Officers/Persons are using income/assets for personal gain, 2. Organization engaged in deceptive or improper fundraising practices, and 3. Other - Twist of Fate Sanctuary lost their 501c3 status in May of 2020 but never updated their status or made their donors aware.
The form will also ask for the Date(s) and Dollar amount(s) (if known) of your donations, and a description of the activities of the organization.
*However, if you have never donated to her you can still fill out the form to report her for fraud. On the form where it asks for the Date(s) and Dollar amount(s), please just leave this blank.

Regarding the animals that she took with her when she fled to New Jersey from Pennsylvania, you can either call or email the Pennsylvania SPCA to request a Wellness Check or to report animal cruelty:

You can inform the SPCA that she fled NJ with 17 animal cruelty charges.
As of July 2022, she had taken with her horses, donkeys, goats, pigs, dogs, and possibly additional species, and there may also be more animals there that she has obtained since. The current health and life status of these animals sadly remains unknown. It is crucial that these animals are removed from this property and removed from Ashley. She should NEVER be permitted to "own" or "care" for animals ever again, and with the animals that she took she could easily try to start another fake "sanctuary" for profit unless she is legally prohibited from doing so.
Please note that if you live outside of the USA that all of the above actions should still be available. You can email in a Victim Impact Statement, you can email the SPCA to request a wellness check, and the IRS form is to file a complaint about an organization in the USA that was posing as a non-profit.
The goat pictured above is Billy. Unfortunately Billy was not among the survivors and died while under the "care" of Ashley DiFelice at Twist of Fate.
A few words about this beautiful boy from Marla of The Riley Farm Rescue (@therileyfarmrescue):
"The pain will never go away. We saved Billy in December of 2021. He stayed with us for a brief period of time, and we gave him lots of love and veterinary care. Ashley said she would take him, and we sent him to her in good faith. We expected him to be loved. We expected him to be cared for. We expected him to live a long, happy life. Instead, he lived in filth and he suffered. He starved to death in a dark stall. We were deceived and Billy lost his life as a result. The pain is too much. The betrayal is too much. The regret is too much. Billy was a gentle soul who was robbed of the chance to live the life he deserved. We would do anything to go back in time and keep him forever. He will live on in our hearts."
We're thinking of you, Billy, and of all the other animals who tragically suffered and lost their lives as a result of Ashley DiFelice's neglect.
