I am Peter F. Borelli, and I wish to share a personal story that has deeply affected my life and those of my loved ones. On March 16th, an unfortunate series of events unfolded that have led to not only personal distress but have also raised serious concerns about justice and transparency in legal proceedings.

Accompanied by a friend, I met with an individual who had allegedly threatened one of my brothers. Our goal was to peacefully resolve the situation; however, circumstances led us to defend our surroundings. The situation escalated, not due to our intentions, but because of external narratives that were fabricated by certain individuals. These fabrications were meant to support their claims, undermining their credibility and distorting the truth of the events. This has left us entangled in an ongoing legal battle that does not reflect our true intentions or actions.

This petition is deeply personal to me because, throughout my life, I have been a familiar teammate and a positive role model. I strive to resolve conflicts amicably and uphold the values of integrity and fairness. Nowadays, I find my character and actions being misrepresented, which is both heartbreaking and unjust.

We are seeking justice and demanding transparency in the legal proceedings that have ensued. It is vital that the voices of those who have witnessed the true events are heard, and that the evidence is thoroughly and fairly examined. The integrity of our legal system depends upon the truth being upheld over unwarranted accusations and fabricated narratives.

We cannot allow individuals to manipulate the truth and compromise justice without facing consequences. It is imperative that both justice and fairness prevail, and that individuals like me, who stand for truth, are not victimized by fabricated claims.
