since 2014  My Son went missing , our lives changed completely when our 12 year-old son Matthew, was taken from London East Ham..

We are appealing directly to anyone who may have seen Matthew Moldovan, noticed anything unusual in the area on from 2014-2026, or who has any piece of information no matter how small or insignificant it might seem to you. Your observation could be the missing piece the police need to bring him back to safety.

If you are holding Matthew , or if you know where he is, please find it in your heart to do the right thing. Please take him to a safe place a hospital, a police station, or a church/Synagogue or contact the authorities immediately.

"I am Matthew Isaiah Moldovan's sole legal parent. His birth certificate lists father as UNKNOWN  no man has any legal parental rights. Raoul Herbin Ngapa has NO legal standing he is NOT the legal father and NOT named anywhere. He abducted MY child  he stole him from his only recognised legal guardian. Matthew's NHS number is 6526231969  confirms his identity. I have all his original documents with me.

My nephew was tragically kidnapped over a decade ago in the UK, tearing him away from his loving family and the community that cherishes him. Compounding our heartbreak, a certain black woman played a role in kidnapping my nephew, further endangering him and leaving us in relentless turmoil.

The impact of this heinous act has been devastating. My sister, his mother, has battled immense trauma, suffering a near-heart attack during this agonizing separation. She has spent years in grief, posting flyers, and knocking on doors in a desperate search for her son, which has continued for over 10 heart-wrenching years. The emotional strain and worry have been compounded by the knowledge of his non-Jewish father's fraudulent activities—fake documents, the theft of crucial legal papers like her passport and green card, and even physical abuse against her, forcing her towards an abortion and stealing her freedom.
We have reported the kidnapping to the police and are calling for justice. It is crucial that those involved, including the father who is rumored to have taken the boy to Liverpool, be brought to justice and held accountable for their actions. We are desperate to reunite our nephew with his Jewish family, where he rightfully belongs, and ensure his safety and well-being.
Our nephew’s case is not just a personal tragedy but a violation of justice and human rights. We cannot stand idly by any longer—his father, who embodies criminal recklessness, should not be allowed to keep our nephew hidden, away from the love of his family and the tenets of his cultural heritage.
