We, the undersigned, call for a fair and independent investigation into serious failures in the UK family court system and social services.

Many parents and children are being separated without transparent evidence, due process, or the chance to defend themselves. This includes:

Biased and dishonest reports from social workers
Misuse of power by local authorities
Denied access to children without proper safeguarding reason
Ignored police reports and medical evidence
Judges making decisions based on inaccurate or manipulated documents
Solicitors refusing to act in their clients' best interest
We ask the UK Government and the Supreme Court to:

Reopen cases where clear evidence of injustice exists
Launch a national independent review into family court and social services practices
Make public the names of professionals who knowingly took part in misconduct
Guarantee fair Judicial Review for affected parents
Protect the rights of children and families in line with human rights law
This petition stands for all those who have been silenced.
