Witnessing the devastation and the pain of the victims' families, I have felt a personal responsibility to ensure that justice is truly served. In my heart, I feel that finding the real culprits behind this attack is not just a necessity—it's a moral obligation to those who lost their lives and their loved ones.

The failure to identify the correct perpetrators has left deep scars on the collective consciousness of our society. We must scrutinize why the investigation failed to discern the right culprits. Was the investigation fair, thorough, and unbiased? To many, it seems evident that this was not the case, raising serious concerns about the investigative procedures employed.

It's crucial we find answers to pivotal questions: Who truly orchestrated these terror attacks? Moreover, who was responsible for the false accusations against individuals like Lt. Col. Purohit and Sadhvi Pragya? These false allegations not only unfairly tarnished their reputations but also hindered the search for justice by diverting attention from the real criminals.

To ensure fairness and transparency in future investigations, we must advocate for an independent review of the investigative process in the Malegaon case. Implementing systematic checks and balances can prevent bias and ensure that those responsible for such gross miscarriages of justice are held accountable.

Demanding a re-investigation by a competent and neutral authority is essential. This will hopefully lead to the identification and conviction of the real perpetrators and ensure that mistakes from the past do not repeat themselves.
