My name is Yannick Bopda, and I am a victim of egregious civil rights violations, including, but not limited to, discrimination, sexual harassment, bullying, and weaponization of federal law enforcement. These gross violations occurred within my former workplace, Comcast of the District LLC.

An FBI Agent woman who has unlawfully refused to identify herself, specifically to me, and directed everything, and stands as an emblem of injustice, as she became the main instigator behind the suffering I had experienced at the hands of my loathsome former supervisor in 2021 at Comcast of the District LLC in Silver Spring, Maryland, and beyond.

Be advised, not one day in my 37 years of lifespan on earth have I ever smoke, drink, or do drugs in anyways, shape or forms. What this means is, in my entire life on earth, I have never ever drink alcohol, smoke, do drugs and never ever had any mental health diagnosis.

As a result of these harrowing experiences, I've lost almost everything dear to me as of this juncture— my career, finances, reputation, and, cruelest of all, friendships and sacred marriage. I also suffered an unjustified physical assault at the direction of the same Fbi agent woman.

Additionally, the Fbi agent woman, after my former supervisor seduction plot at her direction with Comcast, failed--she tried to turn my biological family against me with promises of tons of money but failed!

She has been sending underage girls in coordination with Comcast to seduce and sleep with me, to create a sex problem and ultimately a sex crime, as a demise against me, but as a distraction to the people to sway them from her blatant civil and criminal violations. I resisted her sexual attacks, and it failed!

The plotting of false sex crimes serves as a false pretext for the FBI agent woman, but as a demise against me and a distraction to the people. These pseudo sex crimes, she is actively plotting, are dark tactics to coerce me into dropping my claims against them.

The FBI Agent woman, in coordination with Comcast, also sent an underage girl on my old Facebook, instructing her to seduce me and lie she was in her twenties to sleep with me so that a pseudo rape charge would take place, but she still failed. She failed because I am not that kind of man and because Jesus has protected me and still has.

Acknowledge, I have never ever been orders by anyone, including a court in my life to take place or participate in a drug program— also know as a half-way-house.

This FBI agent woman even dared to interfere in my sacred life, causing rifts between me and my ex-wife. My ex-wife was not listening to me anymore, became highly violent, and chased me with a knife, leading to my filing for divorce, resulting in the demise of our marriage on March 29th, 2019.

The Judge ordered my ex-wife to change her name back to her birth name, just as she requested, but she abbreviated my last name and kept it as her name under the influence of that FBI agent woman. Each time my ex-wife met that FBI agent woman, she did it behind my back and never told me. Today, as a frivolous pretext, she told people she was afraid of why she did not tell me. How come she was scared when she was the one engaging violence, sometimes busting my lips open and backhand slapping me? It is because of all those medical records showing patterns of violence that I was able to divorce my ex-wife in a court of law.

When I was married to my ex-wife, I provided 100 percent; never a day was she ever asked to pay for anything, nor did I engage in violence of any kind; each time she misbehaved, I always called either her spiritual mother or my spiritual father. Her spiritual mother ended up stopping talking and associating herself with her due to the things she was doing against me under the direction and guidance of the same FBI agent woman.

The Fbi agent woman, as we speak, tells people she have made my ex-wife write a statement to incriminate me, and if I level a suit against the bureau and her, she will use it against me. While I was married to my ex-wife, I did not violate any laws.  Before i married my ex-wife i did not violate any law. I fully committed to the well-being of our former matrimonial home, including the welfare and provision of her biological son. I paid for his tuition, food, welfare, and all without asking anything from my ex-wife. 

 The day of the court, after the judge ruled in my favor, my ex-wife told me she was hungry and needed me to feed her; Even though the divorce was finalized, I still respected her and turned to God for strength. I took her to the restaurant near the Circuit Court in Rockville, Maryland, where the divorce was pronounced.

While she was eating salad, I was sitting, sipping tea because I could not eat, and I was very hurt. When she finished eating, I removed a hundred-dollar bill and gave it to her, asking her to buy things for herself and her son. This is how we both ended. I never insult her. I never disrespected her, but I still fed her and provided for her and her son even after the divorce was pronounced.

 Now, I know some people will ask why was i still nice to her after everything she has done against me, and my answer is: to be right before men is one thing, but we must seek righteousness with God in all things because one with God is never a minority, so I was doing those good deeds for God alone and for God to heal my heart and restore me. 

The fundamental reason I shared how this Fbi agent woman has destroyed my former marriage is because I need you to understand that for her to use 𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐝 𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐥𝐞 𝐠𝐢𝐫𝐥𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐭 𝐰𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧, 𝐚𝐬 𝐰𝐞𝐚𝐩𝐨𝐧'𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐚 𝐩𝐬𝐞𝐮𝐝𝐨 𝐫𝐚𝐩𝐞 𝐨𝐫 𝐬𝐞𝐱 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐦 against me 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐅bi 𝐀𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐰𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐧, 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐝𝐥𝐲 𝐭𝐨𝐥𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞  𝐃𝐎𝐉, "𝐬𝐡𝐞 𝐡𝐚𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐲𝐞𝐝 𝐦𝐲 𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐠𝐞." she believed using sex to get me in trouble at comcast according to her would be an easy task since I was getting intimacy from my ex-wife. That intimacy wasn't there anymore—𝐁𝐮𝐭 𝐢 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐦 accordingly to the people in higher authority.

It's also equally important for you all to understand that, a little over 2 years, after the FBI Agent woman interferes with my marriage, turned my ex-wife against me leading to the demise of my marriage on March 29th 2019, than she begun her frivolous sex baits attacks at comcast and underage girls sex smears campaigns against me while driving Uber, Lyft and beyond. 

Each time I applied for a regular work, she blocked it, crippling my finances, and cause me to plunge even further into unnecessary debts. 

After my direct supervisor failed to sleep with me, I complained against her in court and was granted relief twice! Comcast management, senior management, and human resources failed to protect me when the Fbi agent woman plotted rape with my former direct supervisor against me --I resisted and did not sleep with her; as a result, I suffered excruciating bullied, sexual harassment, and discrimination. 

Since it was not enough, comcast and the Fbi agent Woman tried to use an African girl from Pennsylvania in the year 2022 to create a pseudo-rape-complain against me.  Still, the girl they tried to use ran away because she knew the plot would backfire against them.

Weaponizing underage little (kids)-girls and young adult women by teaching them how to make false- rape-evil tactics and pseudo-complaints against men are unacceptable, unlawful, and very evil, and federal laws need to hold such law enforcement agents and employer accountable in the court of law.  

I have initiated complaints with concrete evidence to the White House, the DOJ, the FBI Inspection Division Office, Senators, and congressional Leadership. 

For the past four years and counting, the FBI agent woman has misused and abused the Federal Bureau of Investigation technologies to cripple my finances, stealing personal information, frustrating me, therefore, causing me to plunge into unwarranted debts, often interfering with my employment by turning my supervisors against me. 

𝐀𝐬 𝐚 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐦𝐲 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐢 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐝 𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐞𝐝 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐞𝐬 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐖𝐡𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐇𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐨𝐧 𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐞 𝟐𝟒𝐭𝐡 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟐.

The FBI agent woman recently deputized a pastor's wife as an "informant" and turned her against me. This same pastor's wife approached me one day, requested to work with me, and said she was taking me as her son. I had never met her before, and she was among the people who told me not to work as an informant for the FBI agent woman. Yet she went behind my back without communicating and accepted working for the FBI Agent Woman against me. After the Fbi agent woman noticed I was frustrated due to her devious yet satanic endeavors, she used the pastor wife name to me as bait to convince me to join her as an informant, like the pastor wife, but I declined!!  

This Fbi agent woman, in coordination with comcast, has tapped all of my immediate family's cell phone devices, including mine. She often gets into my device via the satellite-grade hacking method, takes pictures of me when I have no clothes on, edits the images, and shows those pictures to people she seeks to work against me. 

Moreover, it is crystal evident that each time this same FBI agent woman desires to commit civil and criminal offenses knowingly, she first finds a cover, as a deceptive tactic, and that cover is often either an entity, a business (as part of her insidious employment tactics,) an individual or an exterior name; Additionally, after finding a cover, she proceeds in wielded lies to the cover to win them over, using dark financial tactics she then leverages the credibility and reputation of that designated cover, which she is misusing to inflict harassment and assaults, in which she will be able to create a false narrative to support her frivolous arguments which now makes them an accomplice to her, resulting in having leveraged to blackmail and cause chains of nuisance against the cover to compel the cover to carry on with her blatant and "self" action. Once the cover has completely succumbed to her wielded lies, dark financial tactics, the same FBI Agent woman now further deployed her insidious employment tactics to promise employment within the hierarchy of the federal government as a final effort to materialize her frivolous schemes. 

Right now, the pastor's wife is tarnishing my image to people in leadership at my church by saying that I am actively watching porn and I masturbate, and the FBI agent woman has shown my nudity to her, and my private part is small. She is doing this at the request of the FBI agent woman to destroy my image enough, hoping it will diminish my faith, make me leave my church, and pressuring me into dropping my civil action against comcast. I will never leave my church. I have requested the pastor wife and accomplices to cease all forms of attack and stop meddling with my civil case. The FBI agent woman promised government position and monetary reward to the pastor wife, as a reward for her malicious work. 

On December 7, 2021, my former direct supervisor, acting under the guidance of the same FBI agent woman, engaged in the same inappropriate sexual behavior by showcasing my personal photos and nudity to coworkers at comcast. I firmly resisted her advances and reported her actions to Comcast's management, senior management, and human resources. Despite my efforts to seek accountability, no corrective action was taken against her.

My former direct supervisor explicitly warned me that if I were to fall into their insidious sex trap, she would undoubtedly issue demands, and the moment I refused to comply, she would resort to making false accusations of rape against me. 

For Keiron Robinson to steal those kinds of pictures showing my nudity, she must have been told and shown how to do that, therefore, prompting her to hack into my cellphone device, which at the time, I had just switched from T-Mobile to Xfinity Mobile. Cyber stalking, as outlined in 18 U.S.C. § 2261A, and intimate visual depiction, as outlined in 15 U.S.C. §6851, or revenge porn cannot have a place in our workplace. 

The FBI Agent woman, in coordination with comcast, had committed countless mischievous behaviors, from often defaming my character to my peers, using frivolous approaches to turn my peers against me, forcing my bedroom door open, without a no-knock-warrant and stealing my prayer shawls and underwear without a search warrant at this juncture when I complained to the appropriate channel she forced my door open again and returned my prayer shawl, emptying my box where non-important documents were stored and made a fake written statement to incriminate me by lying they took it from my box; often instructed her proxies and informants to engage in psychological warfare against me, frequently misleading court officials, and police officers.

While driving Uber, the Fbi agent woman, in coordination with Comcast, used an algorithm and infiltrated a woman, an informant as a client on the night of December 6th, 2023, for illegal sex so they could level a pseudo-rape charge against me as leverage to force me to drop my complaint against Comcast; I resisted, and their sex plot failed. 

I reported the failed sex plot to the White House on December 6th, 2023, prompting the January 30th, 2024, response, which affirmed, "the White House reviewed my complaint and forwarded it for further action.” The only reason the White House responded in that manner is that the FBI agent woman admitted she was culpable under oath and accepted responsibility for her actions.  

Over the past three months, things have unfortunately escalated; the Fbi agent woman, in coordination with comcast, used an algorithm again to send another woman, an informant, as a client while I was driving Uber with an instruction to spit on my face after I turned down her inappropriate sexual approaches on May 18th, 2024, 11:44 P.m. at 1924 8th St Nw Washington DC—𝐒𝐩𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐧 𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐝𝐞𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐝 𝐚 𝐡𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐦𝐞. This was reported to Uber, and I received feedback on May 19th, 2024. 

I reported the May 18th, 2024, hate crime attacks, and it came to my attention on May 29th 2024 that the FBI agent woman used her frivolous and malicious investigation as a false pretext to tell the former Biden-Harris Administration not to respond to my complaint when she contacted me via her informant named Thuli with a (914) 839-5864. On this same May 29th, 2024, she said she will pay me tons of money should I join her team as an informant, and should comcast come after me, she will place me in the witness protection program, and she will pay for reparation via the bureau, but I declined. 

On that same day of May 29th, 2024, she explicitly requested that I make her coochie creams, a request I firmly declined. I expressed to her that her behavior is utterly unacceptable, and she stinks. It is appalling that someone in her position—a person who has been entrusted with an oath of office, as a Federal Law Enforcement officer in the FBI—would abuse her office and power in such a shocking and disgraceful manner. Utilizing underage children, women, and seduction as tools to forge a false narrative not only undermines accountability but also threatens the very foundations of justice itself.

Upon realizing that they were all open to scrutiny, the same FBI agent woman took the drastic step of classifying all legal information for public access. She meticulously plotted and stole my correspondence files, including a crucial letter from the Former Attorney General of Maryland addressed to me. In this tangled web, Comcast serves as a proxy for the FBI agent woman, while she operates as Comcast's cleanup operative, working tirelessly to cover her tracks and shield comcast.

The same FBI agent, a woman, intercepted my call when I was planning to move to Iris Street in Rockville, Maryland. She then infiltrated her informant, "Alex Kitue," as my roommate, with the participation of the owner of this home, without my acknowledgment.  Under her instructions, he sprayed a biochemical synthetic toxic poison laced with industrial hydrogen peroxide on my hair clipper without my knowledge. It wasn't until I used it to cut my hair that I discovered the truth, leading to significant unprovoked physical brutality, therefore causing serious damage to my skin, particularly on my occipital scalp. I thought we had become friends, trusted him, only to learn that his intentions were malicious and orchestrated by this same FBI agent woman.

The repeated death threats from this FBI agent woman, directed at both me and my family, with the use of a synthetic biochemical poison, Alex Kitue, under her direction, caused significant harm to my living tissues, particularly affecting my occipital scalp. This unprovoked brutality squarely constitutes an act of "premeditated attempted murder." 

Two doctors, a primary care physician and a skin cancer surgeon, both affirmed the diagnosis of incurable disease called  “suppurative folliculitis with mixed dermal inflammation.”  An incurable Autoimmune disease.

 One that I never suffered from until  the Biochemical synthetic poison, laced with industrial hydrogen peroxide attack–to the point that the skin cancer surgeon felt compelled to perform a mild invasive procedure on my occipital scalp at the first scheduled appointment to attempt to neutralize the damage and deactivate any active cancerous cells. 

The unprovoked brutality perpetrated by Federal Law Enforcement, specifically directed by this same FBI Agent woman, presents an imminent threat to my well-being and could lead to severe and potentially fatal consequences in the years ahead.

On the other hand, Comcast's lead attorney has inquired about personal entity items to engage in legal action against the government—the FBI—and I told them not to involve me in their dishonest tactics.

Comcast's lead attorney tried to coerce me to accept a $5000 to $10,000 award off the records and drop the case, or he would engage in a countersuit on May 3rd, 2023, but I turned down the offers. One of Comcast's attorneys (second in command) advised him to cease coercing me, but he did not, and to protect her integrity, especially with the frequent improper interference of the FBI agent woman in the civil case, she recused herself from the case after comcast terminated her access to the arbitration case (refusing to represent comcast further). She parted ways with the whole law firm on May 20th, 2024. She is a heroic counsel; we need more of her in the legal workforce. 

The biochemical, synthetic, laced with industrial hydrogen life-threatening poison attack I suffered at the hands of Alex Kitue, under the guidance and orders of the same FBI agent woman, was needless brutality and wholly unwarranted.

 In her most recent effort, the FBI agent woman asked that I sign a form designed to further violate my First Amendment and silence me about this abuse. This is the same form, the same FBI agent woman has given to my friends, acquaintances, and church families to sign each time she lied to them, as an effort to turn them against me. 

  I have steadfastly refused, and that refusal has led to constant threats of my arrest and, chillingly, further death threats against my life and my family life.

Please acknowledge, due to constant attacks and unprovoked brutalities by Alex Kitue under the orders and guidance of this same FBI Agent woman, I called Montgomery County Police, Maryland, for their intervention on July 26th, 2024, Incident number: 2400220360, and on August 9th, 2024, Incident number: 2400234836.

This prompted Alex Kitue to suddenly vacate the house on August 12th,2024, under the orders of the same FBI Agent woman, because Montgomery County Police started to look for Alex Kitue. Before he got out, the FBI Agent woman and him plotted against me by falsifying a paper, to incriminate me, and presented it to her colleagues, lying that they found it in my belongings. The second it was revealed to me, I wrote to the federal authorities and complained against them because I did not write such a malicious paper. I am a law-abiding resident in the State of Maryland. I am upright. 

The only reason the FBI agent woman and comcast used a pseudo-pretext of "revenge," or "retribution," is because they are taking my nudes without consent via satellite-grade hacking methods and engaging in revenge porn by showing my nudes to people she is seeking to work with, against me, including the pastor wife at our church. 

The FBI agent woman is engaging in those violations to protect comcast and covers her tracks because she asserts her career would be ruined if comcast went after her for interfering with their business; meanwhile, my life and everything I stand for have been onslaughts and destroyed at this juncture as leverage to force me to drop my complaint against Comcast. 

I have done absolutely nothing wrong! I do not smoke, I do not drink, and I do not engage in drugs of any kind in any way, shape, or form. 

How many people's wives, husbands, sons, daughters, nephews, nieces, cousins, and grandsons, civil rights, reputation, marriage, employment, finances, and freedom have been violated and wrongfully taken away by this same FBI agent woman, and no one held her accountable? 

I signed non-harassment, non-discrimination, anti-retaliation, reasonable accommodation, and open-door policies with Comcast. Those policies were designed to provide systematic protection for all employees, including myself—the systems failed! 

Now destroying my marriage is one thing, but attacking my livelihood, inflicting reputational harm, perpetrating property damage, imposing mental strains, crippling my employment and finance, using synthetic biochemical poison to poisoned me,  engaging in revenge porn, and causing constant profound emotional distress against me while violating my first amendment and fourth amendment are red line that cannot and must not be ignored.

Acknowledge, when the White House and the DOJ, both federal executive branches, across party lines, in bipartisan voices respond to our complaints twice and warrant further actions, it is because they have found 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐛𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐜𝐚𝐮𝐬𝐞𝐬, and 𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐬 into the complaints, 𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐲𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐯𝐢𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐨𝐜𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐝.

They are engaging in a series of smear campaigns, falsely portraying me as a danger to society and misleading others into believing I pose a national security threat, fabricating a pseudo-national security narrative due to her unlawful actions and blatant violations of civil and criminal laws. When, in fact, the FBI agent woman is the ones who dangerously abusing her power, misleading court officials, abusing the bureau's technologies,  weaponizing underaged little girls and young adult women as sex weapon's for pseudo rape complaint, unlawfully interfered with my employment, crippled my finances and ability to find other employments, sowing division in the church, engaging in corruption in the court of law, revenge porn, obstruction of justice, interstate prostitution and death threats.

I lost blood  on February 20th 2025, March 18th through March 21st 2025, as a result to the unjustified, unwarranted, and unprovoked brutality and injuries I suffered at the hands of Alex Kitue, under the orders of this same FBI agent woman.

The same FBI agent woman stated she had immunity by working for the bureau, and Comcast asserted she was doing her job. In other words, both are saying they are above the law. According to the statute enacted by both Congress and the Senate, anyone working for federal law enforcement or federal public office who abuses their office, abuses power, commits motivated or aggravated civil and criminal violations, violates the oath of office against the people and the Constitution have indeed violated the trust of the people, the constitution and deemed an act of high crime. As a result, she cannot be immune because she violated the oath: 

I [name] do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that (I will bear true faith) and (allegiance to the same;) that (I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion;) and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter. So, help me, God. 5 U.S. Code § 3331 

Furthermore, the protection outlined in H.R. 233, the Qualified Immunity Act, or sovereign immunity, is contingent upon fulfilling the oath of office outlined in 5 U.S. Code § 3331.  The Fourteenth Amendment of the United States Constitution, affirmed that no one, including the Fbi agent woman is not above the law.

Similarly, Comcast has failed to enforce its non-harassment, non-discrimination, anti-retaliation, reasonable accommodation, and open-door policies and procedures, resulting in unprecedented civil violations, corruption, and unfair employer abuse. 

𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐜𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐚 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐱𝐲 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐅BI 𝐀𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐰𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐧, 𝐬𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐲 𝐟𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐦𝐲 𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐜𝐫𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐦𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐢𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐩 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐲 𝐟𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐦𝐞. 

What happened to the "no one above the law" Doctrine? 

The Fbi agent woman, her unlawful crews, proxies and informants are actively violating their own nationals rights, decimating democracy, engaging in interstate sex trade, engaging sex exploitation on kids, undermining our judiciary systems and promoting violences against taxpayers, walking around with guns, actively threatening to kill me and my family member and paying money to people coercing them not to help me, use others as shield, to thwart accountability and justice— when would accountability be enforce? When would the right to speech be enforced? When would the Fbi stand up against their malicious endeavors?  When would the Department of Justice stand up against their malicious endeavors? 

Right after I filed the first timely complaint against her to the Department of Justice Office of the Inspector General on June 24th, 2024, the FBI Agent woman sent Alex Kitue to break into my bedroom and instructed him to steal my unwashed underwear ( where I kept dirty clothes in the basket) and my prayer shawl (which was hanging in the closet with all the other clean clothes). Alex Kitue stole them and gave them to her.

The same FBI Agent woman, as we speak, is telling her colleagues and others that she has safeguarded my seeds, and she will use them to mechanically engineer a false sex narrative to make it stick against me, should I move forward with the litigation against her and the bureau. She is bragging about having made false depositions of various women, against me, to prevent this complaint from going to trials, and affirming, should the complaint go to trials, there's too much against her that will be exposed, based on the concrete evidence and testimonials, therefore, affirming she cannot win in trials. 

As much as comcast and the FBI agent woman are gaslighting by attempting to make their violations of civil and criminal laws as conspiracy theories, acknowledge they are not conspiracy theories or myths, but they are verified facts and the truth!

𝐈 𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐛𝐞 𝐛𝐫𝐢𝐛𝐞𝐝, 𝐬𝐢𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐝, seduced, 𝐜𝐨𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐞𝐝, or 𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡𝐭 regardless of any amount of money both Comcast and the same FBI Agent woman have been trying to get me to accept off records and outside the judicial system.

They have threatened to mislead the United States Supreme Court Justices so they will not hear my case. Accountability and Justice are warranted.

On February 21, 2025, I submitted a Petition for Writ of Certiorari to the United States Supreme Court, supported by strong and concrete evidence. While the higher court in the Land acknowledged our petition in their response received on March 14, 2025, based on merit, they did not deny it, but the petition was deemed out of time.

In the spirit of good faith, the United States Supreme Court returned the $300 petition fee.

The development of the United States Supreme Court, the Highest Court in the Land, not only highlights the importance of accountability and justice in our legal systems but also brings attention to the delay patterns caused by the unlawful and improper actions of the same FBI agent woman, her informants, unlawful crews, and their proxies at large. Additionally, it critically affirmed the need to combat corruption of all forms in this due process and eschewing injustices of all angles that are gradually decimating our democracy and tarnishing the ethics in our court systems. 

The United States Supreme Court did not succumb to the threats and malicious manipulation and wielded lies of the FBI Agent woman. 

This pivotal outcome allows us to shift gears in our steadfast pursuit of accountability and justice--Accountability and justice are warranted.  

Based on the aforementioned grounds, we unequivocally establish that the Federal Bureau of Investigation now bears full responsibility for the consequences of the following actions:

             (i ) Negligence, 46 CFR § 5.29,

            (ii) Defamation of Characters, 28 U.S. Code § 4101 .

Pursuant to the Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA), 28 U.S.C.§ 2671, I timely addressed the grievances arising from this complaint, which was submitted to the Department of Justice Office of the Inspector General on June 24, 2024.

On August 7th, 2024, I received a forwarded escalated response highlighting the need for further response with the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Inspection Division Office.

Despite sending dozens of correspondence and allowing over 180 days to pass, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Inspection Division Office, has neglected to carry out the critical investigation requested in my June 24, 2024, complaint. This request for investigation, which was to include both an under-oath questioning and a polygraph examination of the FBI agent woman, her associates, her informants, and proxies at large who participated in her blatant civil and criminal violations, remains unresolved. Even more concerning is the lack of transparency and no response whatsoever from the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Inspection Division Office, signaling a troubling disregard for accountability, a lack of due process, unprecedented corruption, and injustice.

It is important to note that the FBI agent woman, her informants, and proxies at large committed the following additional civil and criminal law violations:

       (iii) Hate Crimes, 18 U.S.C.§ 249,

       (iv)  intimate visual depiction, 15 U.S.C. §6851,

       (v)  Promotion or facilitation of prostitution and reckless disregard of interstate sex trafficking, 18 U.S.C. § 2421A,

       (vi)  Obstruction of Justice, 18 U.S.C.§Chapt. 73, 18 U.S.C.§ 1503, §1512, and §1513,

       (vii)  Bribery of Public Officials and Witnesses, 18 U.S.C.§ 201,

       (viii) Abuse of Office or Abuse of Power, 25 CFR 11.448,

       (ix)  First Amendment Act,

       (x)  Privacy Act 2020 Edition,

       (xi) Fourth Amendment Act.

On the evening of April 7th, 2025, at 8:43 PM, an unknown white young woman, described as having piercings on her nasal cavities and external tympanic membrane, knocked on our private residence door, claiming to represent AT&T communications. I informed her it was quite late and that I could not engage in any discussions at that hour. 

 As I spoke, she repeatedly asked for my phone number, offered her number once, and began to display seductive behaviors. Firmly, I declined her advances and closed the door.

I took note of her appearance: She wore Ray-Ban black eyeglasses with clear lenses, which I observed had a camera embedded within them. Her height was approximately 5'12", and she had a slim body feature with blonde hair. This encounter is far from reflective of AT&T's legitimate communication sales practices, especially considering that all communication stores were closed at that time. 

I wish to reiterate, it is crystal evident that each time this same FBI agent woman desires to knowingly commit civil and criminal offenses, she first finds a cover, as a deceptive tactic, and that cover is often either an entity, a business (as part of her insidious employment tactics,) an individual or an exterior name; Additionally, after finding a cover, she proceeds in wielded lies to the cover to win them over, using dark financial tactics she then leverages the credibility and reputation of that designated cover, which she is misusing to inflict harassment and assaults, in which she will be able to create a false narrative to support her frivolous arguments which now makes them an accomplice to her, resulting in having leveraged to blackmail and cause chains of nuisance against the cover to compel the cover to carry on with her blatant and "self" action.

Once the cover has completely succumbed to her wielded lies, dark financial tactics, the same FBI Agent woman now further deployed her insidious employment tactics to promise employment within the hierarchy of the federal government as a final effort to materialize her frivolous schemes. 

Her four primary objectives of having a cover are clear: gaslighting, inflicting delays, thwarting accountability, and undermining justice when she is caught and her crimes are exposed to the public. When exposed to the public, the same FBI agent woman abuses her office and power to classify concrete evidence that shows she is guilty of high crimes as tactics to thwart accountability and undermine justice. 

It should be known that Comcast has officially denounced and distanced itself from this FBI Agent woman at this juncture, which is why she has now turned to AT&T to continue her unlawful stalking and aggravated harassment targeting me and my biological family right at the threshold of our private residence.

Since this isn't enough, on April 10th and April 11th 2025, the FBI agent woman sent a chromosome xx whom we connected on facebook dating app without knowing who she really was and we delved into a topic we both cared about; I never ever met this woman before and I do not know her at all; however, I learned via our brief exchange that she is working alongside the FBI Agent woman or serving as an informant.

I did not refuse to communicate with her but instead made a sound mind decision to briefly understand her approach and the message- her topic and approaches was to get me to see things through "rosy lenses," and not "crystal clear lenses," while showing her boobs; I told her to watch out and stop.

Rosy lenses approaches are often associated with corruption, evil manipulation, coercion, lies, deceit, and pseudo-outcomes; I respectfully reject such a rosy lenses approach.

We do not need to block those who seek our downfall immediately; instead, we need to recognize their potential role in our journey. Embrace the challenges they bring, stay grounded in the truth and facts, pray, and resist them. I have also closed that facebook dating app, blocked that chromosome xx, and documented their malicious motive accordingly.

Acknowledge, the only concrete reasons, this same FBI Agent woman is seeking to mechanically engineer an extreme false narrative of sex to inflict a pseudo sex issues or crimes against me is due to the facts which she knows, I've never ever in my thirty-seven life span on earth commit or engage in sex-behavior or crime whatsoever. To the extent, she asserts of having my seeds, therefore, explicitly affirmed to her cohorts she will use it to make her schemes looks real. 

In light of this new development, I submitted an additional complaint on April 16th, 2025, further addressing serious complaints of stalking, harassment, coercion, and abuse of power against the same Fbi agent woman, along with her accomplices, informants, and associates.

            (xii) Federal and Cyber Stalking 18 U.S.C. § 2261A

             (xiii) Coercion, or Intimidation 42 U.S. Code § 3617, §2422, §1591

On April 21, 2025, I received a response from the Department of Justice Inspector General's Office, dated April 11, 2025. The letter affirmed that my report holds merit, stating, “we do not find that your report lacks merit.” Additionally, it encouraged me to seek legal aid and connect with the state bar association for further guidance and support. 

This response was issued after the entire Department of Justice Office of the Inspector General, Civil Rights Division, thoroughly examined my complaint, which included a detailed review of the counter-response presented by the same Fbi agent woman to them. 

The response affirmed that our report holds merit, stating, "we do not find that your report lacks merit," and in good faith encouraged us to seek legal aid and connect with the state bar association for further guidance and support. 

Acknowledge, when the White House and the DOJ, both federal executive branches, across party lines, in bipartisan voices respond to our complaints twice and warrant further actions, it is because they have found 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐛𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐜𝐚𝐮𝐬𝐞𝐬, and 𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐬 into the complaints, 𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐲𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐯𝐢𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐨𝐜𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐝.

However, on April 30th, 2025, the Federal Bureau of Investigation's Inspection Division Office neglected to respond to my letter of intent to sue, despite receiving a prior response from the Department of Justice, Civil Division Office, on April 21st, 2025, affirming merit. This squarely reflects a system failure on the part of the Fbi Inspection Division in addressing my complaint twice: on June 24th, 2024, and April 30th, 2025.

In 2022, the former attorney general Brian Frosh was approached by the same FBI agent woman who sought to initiate an investigation against me. After a thorough inquiry spanning several months, it was confirmed that all procedural requirements were satisfied. However, this same FBI agent woman subsequently misled the current team at the Office of the current Attorney General under Anthony Brown. Consequently, they proceeded to file a groundless and baseless civil suit in the District Court for Prince George's County, Upper Marlboro, Maryland. Furthermore, they pressured an agent to appear in court on May 28, 2025, with the intention of committing perjury under oath.

As the judge instructed everyone to raise their right hand and take the oath, everyone did except for Agent Sharika, who remained motionless. This prompted the judge to order her to take the oath again, ensuring her voice would be captured in the court audio clip. Reluctantly, she complied. In a staggering revelation, Agent Shanika boldly declared that she had been coerced into appearing in court, claiming she did not know, and asserted she had nothing to do with this subject matter, with her two hands raised in the air, and this gesture is often associated with the act of surrendering.  

During the trial on May 28th, 2025, I presented undeniable evidence as a pro-se. Agent, Shanika, testified under oath, she shockingly declared that she didn't know, and she had nothing to do with the subject matter. Furthermore, she revealed that she had been coerced that very morning to come to court and commit perjury.

After evaluating all the evidence, and conducting a thorough under oath examination, including with that of the agent testimony, the court panel did rule in our favor and gave them just ten days to request another trial, but they did not because they knew we are right, and they were wrong.

The seating Judge also gave them until June 28th, 2025, to appeal to the Circuit Court, which they did at this juncture at the guidance of the Fbi agent woman, all in the name of the mafia, to inflict further delays, obscure the former attorney of Maryland, Brian Frosh 2022 final response and ultimately stop us from initiating the lawsuit against the Federal Bureau Investigation and is Inspection division. 

The actions of the FBI agent woman, alongside her corrupt associates and informants, exemplify a shocking level of corruption in the court of law. They now want to use the Circuit Court of Prince George's County, located in Upper Marlboro, Maryland, as a channel to fulfill their sinister agenda and obstruct any legal actions we might take against the bureau and for her flagrant civil and criminal breaches.

By doing so, the same FBI agent woman hopes to leverage this situation as a frivolous pretext to bury the 2022 findings of the former Attorney General, Brian  Frosh, and also concerning the same FBI Agent woman bribery of public official, corruption and obstruction of justice misconducts during court proceedings in the Southern Division of the District Court in Greenbelt, Maryland, on March 28th, 29th, and 30th, 2023.

This same FBI agent woman is manipulating court records, and misleading federal court officials, driving them to commit perjury—all to conceal her egregious civil and criminal violations of the law.

The current Assistant Attorney General of Maryland, under the directive of the same FBI agent woman, is making a concerted effort to obstruct justice further and conceal a multitude of their civil and criminal offenses. Additionally, to further undermine accountability, they have filed a De Novo Appeal against the ruling issued in our favor on May 28, 2025, to the Circuit Court for Prince George's County, Upper Marlboro, Maryland. And ye shall know the truth, and until it is known publicly, then they shall all be set free in Jesus name, Amen - John 8:32

It's crucial to highlight, we have been unwavering in our fight against revenge porn in the workplace and beyond, advocating fiercely to the Senate, Congress, and the White House since early 2022. While "intimate visual depiction" is clearly covered under 15 U.S.C. §6851, which prohibits "non-consensual intimate image sharing," the term "revenge porn" is not explicitly recognized in this law. This glaring loophole demands urgent action in advocating for a nationwide new law that will codify "revenge porn" and establish it as a nationwide violation.    

Our relentless fight, dedicated labor, unwavering advocacy, and noble character against revenge porn in the workplace and beyond have led to a monumental achievement: on April 28th, 2025, the House of Representatives passed a groundbreaking bipartisan bill that criminalizes the sharing of revenge porn. This legislation encompasses the nonconsensual distribution of sexual photos, videos, or any type of sexual content, including deepfakes generated by artificial intelligence. It should be known that on this same day, we concluded our 21-day period of prayer and fasting. While some may see this as a mere coincidence, we recognize it as a divinely ordained season.

We have observed that the FBI agent woman has deleted several communications from the comment sections of this petition. These deletions include abusive remarks directed against me, as well as unlawful threats made by Comcast former lead counsel in collaboration with her. This occurred each time I rejected their shams offers to settle outside of the court system, despite allowing her ample time to resolve the matter through the bureau with an esteemed judge present.

When the FBI Agent woman colleagues, I mean the very people that work under her cunning leadership, tell her that she is abusing her office and authorities, she tells them that, "she will argue." I reported this on August 13th, 2024, to the White House, and this complaint was also cc: to the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Inspection Division.  

The FBI agent woman actively boasts to her colleagues that her contract with the bureau is coming to an end and that she intends to promptly resign before December 2025. To mask her intentions, she is using the current Assistant Attorney General of Maryland as cover to launch a baseless attack against me in court. Meanwhile, she is coercing people not to help me, enrolling them to be her informants, and using monetary as rewards-these people are social media friends, stolen contacts from my cellphone devices, family members, and acquaintances.

This strategy is a deliberate attempt to create delays, allowing her to escape accountability and undermine justice. And ye shall know the truth, and until it is known publicly, before the people, before the Judiciary systems, and before the court of law, then they shall all be set free in Jesus name, Amen - John 8:32

As the people of this great nation, the land of the free United States of America, we have the right to continue fighting for righteousness to seek accountability, reparation, and universal justice. As described in legal and court documents, both comcast and the Fbi agent woman have committed many more civil and criminal law violations at the state and federal levels. I need your help more than ever.

Where would I have been if I had committed all the above violations, the Fbi agent woman, her unlawful crews, proxies at large, informants, and Comcast of the District LLC had committed against me?

We owe it to the estimated 25% of women who have experienced sexual harassment in the workplace (source: U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission) and to the 61% of African Americans and 50% of Latinos who report experiencing workplace discrimination (source: Robert Wood Johnson Foundation).
