On July 8th, 2026, the Department of Justice made a significant change by terminating their lead lawyer on the case, replacing her with a 'notice of substitution' filed the very same day.

This unfolds after their two unsuccessful attempts to dismiss the charges entered against Federal Bureau of Investigation Inspection Division Et Al.

It is crucial to recognize that, our fight strengthen by the spirit of truth for redress, accountabilities, Justice are successful due to the optic crystal clear lenses, robust, concrete, and consistent evidences we have presented before the judiciary and the federal court.

Their new lead trial counsel for the Federal Bureau of Investigation Inspection Division Et Al, brings strong expertise in international/criminal law, human rights laws and immigration laws as well as some administrative litigation skills.

A ‘substitution of counsel’ indicates that the Department of Justice has officially replaced their original attorney handling the defense of Federal Bureau of Investigation Inspection Division Et Al. with a new representative.

Filing a ‘substitution of counsel’ generally indicates proactive steps such as :

Today, July 9th, 2026, I had the opportunity to visit the District Court for Washington District of Columbia and engage in a meaningful research with the federal court systems.

I was honored to meet the Chief Judge, and notice his humility. We shared a brief handshake, a memorable gesture.

I also took a moment to thank the District Federal Court good clerks for their dedicated service. Our exchange was warm and mutual before I respectfully ended my visit.
