This public petition has been created in the spirit of justice to confront the ongoing injustices I have endured and continue to endure since 2021 while employed by Comcast of the District LLC and beyond. Unbeknownst to me, the very same FBI Agent woman who has been instrumental in the sexual harassment, physical assaults, frequent death threats, and systemic discrimination I faced has been the enabler in this ordeal. In 2022, after discussing legal concerns regarding the Comcast of the District LLC attacks with the Montgomery County Prosecutor, he strongly encouraged me to pursue a lawsuit based on the evidence he uncovered. I took a decisive step forward, and this is the solemn reason we are in litigation now in the District Court for the District of Columbia at: 333 Constitution Avenue, N.W., Washington, D.C. 20001

On October 31, 2008, I faced charges of unlawful taking, unlawful removal of property, theft over $500, and identity theft at the hands of Officer Rankin. Looking back, I acknowledge that I was extremely naïve, immature, and stupidly made poor decisions during that time. While awaiting my trial, I fell back into the wrong crowd and sought fake identification in Washington DC, which ultimately led to stealing money from someone bank account in Prince George’s County on June 12, 2009. We divided the stolen funds among ourselves.
On June 13th, 2009, I went to a car dealership on Route 1 in Howard County, Maryland, intent on purchasing a vehicle using a counterfeit ID I had created and funds I had unlawfully stolen the day before. This incident mirrored the legal troubles I had faced previously in 2007 and again on October 31st, 2008, revealing a troubling pattern that ultimately led to my arrest.
I can confirm that when a Howard County Police Officer arrested me on June 13th, 2009, I was temporarily placed in their custody. While being interrogated, I opened up and told them the truth; therefore, I was not adjudicated in their custody but was transferred into Montgomery County Custody, after a thorough investigation led by four jurisdictions: Montgomery County Police Department, Howard County Police Department, Prince George’s County Police Department, and the District of Columbia Police Department. I faced a maximum penalty of 15 years for having committed the same infractions three times.
On these faithful days, August 25th and 26th, 2009, during the pivotal court trial in the Circuit Court for Montgomery County, Rockville, Maryland, I faced a crucial decision: to accept a plea deal that could sidestep the risks of a trial or to stand firm and proceed to trial, fully aware of the potential consequences. It’s important for you all to understand that, before this trial day, I was already incarcerated and had served 101 days in jail for the first time in my life, and this was my breaking point. I was determined not to become a statistic but to be a changed man.
An inmate at the same jail referred me to a criminal attorney I did not know, and in desperation, I hired her from jail and handed over the cash to her.
She came in the same morning of the trial, before court time, and coerced me to accept everything the judge would say to me, and she did not explain the consequences of theft over $500, a felony. I stupidly accepted it.
The plea deal required that I pay a monthly supervision fee of $25, restitution fees of $4,480.00 to Ourisman Honda, and restitution fees of $25,798.27 to Toyota Financial Services, with a five-year, all-suspended but 1-year sentence and 3 years of supervised probation.
During this same faithful day of August 25th through 26th, 2009, the retired senior Judge who presided over this matter stated the following: “Probation is a condition; if you do not have the capacity to pay, you can’t violate your probation.” On the sentencing guidelines and plea hearing sheet, the retired senior Judge referred to this statement as “special condition.”
He also suggested the pre-release option, commonly referred to as a PRC, but made it clear that I would be ineligible due to an active immigration detainer against me at that time. On the same day, the presiding judge inquired whether I had any mental health conditions or issues, and whether I used alcohol or drugs in any form. I answered truthfully, stating, “No.” This is the solemn truth.
The Circuit Court for Montgomery County, Rockville, Maryland, has officially closed Criminal Case #112083C, at this juncture marking a significant turning point in my life. It’s important to note that I served all my time for all the crimes I have committed almost two decades ago.

Pursuant to Maryland Code Criminal Code §6-226 Section (d), the court may exempt a supervisee as a whole or in part from the fee imposed under this section, if: (1) “supervisee has diligently tried but has been unable to obtain employment that provides sufficient income for the supervisee to pay the fee,” (2) “the supervisee is a student in a school, college, or university or is enrolled in a course of vocational or technical training designed to prepare the student for gainful employment,” (3) “other extenuating circumstances exists.”

In a 1-year sentence, I served just 6 months due to good behavior. However, I was immediately transferred into ICE custody, where I spent an additional 1.5 years fighting against deportation. In total, I endured 2 years behind bars. This period marked a profound turning point in my life. During that time, I sought God with genuine desperation. Acknowledge, I made a heartfelt vow to the Lord: if He transformed me from the inside out, healed my wounds, granted me freedom, and spared me from deportation, I would dedicate my life to serving Him wholeheartedly. I promised that He would be my God until my last breath, and I declared that if I ever strayed from His path, it would signal the tragic end of my life.

On January 1st, 2011, I was released from Immigration Custody with a new and upgraded status: A PERMANENT RESIDENCY STATUS, also known as a GREEN CARD.

I went to our biological parents' home to reside. A few months after living there, our biological father chased me out of the house, telling me to go learn how to cut hair to become a barber because, being convicted, there was nothing else I could become- this was the blessing of our biological father to me. I was a high school dropout at the time, and this is when I became homeless for the first time: 600 East Gude Drive, Rockville, Maryland. Life was hard. Then I went to school, without guidance, direction, or coaching of any kind. Life was hard at this juncture because I couldn't find consistent employment due to the August 25th through 26th, 2009 conviction.
While at the Shelter, I enrolled in a 9-month technical program to earn a Medical Administration Certification. Then I enrolled in my Associate Degree Program, met my ex-wife at that community college, and married her within 12 months. I turned to financial aid to supplement my finances so I could pay my school fees and used the remaining funds to support myself and my ex-wife. I did not have the capacity to pay the restitution and probation supervision fees. They tried to violate my probation three times, but the other judge presiding over the matter did not.

This same FBI Agent woman started to follow me after I was released from immigration, on January 1st, 2011, hoping that I would commit a fourth infraction so that they could lock me up for good, but I did not. After I married my ex-wife, she started threatening that she would kill her if she did not join her against me, with a false pretext that I did not serve all my time for all the crimes I committed before the August 25th through 26th Judgement. As a result, my ex-wife joined her, and her behavior turned violent. I distinctly recall a day when my ex-wife, during our marriage, turned to me and asked if I had completed all my time in jail. Her question caught me off guard, leaving me perplexed as I wondered about the origins of her thoughts. I had warned my ex-wife multiple times that the day I would sleep with another woman, due to her constant aggression and physical assault she kept unleashing against me, it would mean that I am done with this marriage. This is when this same FBI agent woman started to send women to sleep with me, because she was hearing every conversation I had with my ex-wife.

One evening, I confidently invited a pastor into our home, recognizing the need to confront a troubling issue. I had recently learned about a man who was inappropriately pursuing romantic interests with my ex-wife during our marriage, and I was determined to address it head-on. My ex-wife never brought this man issue to me but I caught her. While the pastor was with us, I took the initiative to track down that man phone number. I laid the situation bare before the pastor, ensuring there was no ambiguity about what had transpired. My ex-wife, realizing that I knew about her romance with the man, and she was exposed, called the man in front of the pastor and me and told him to stop calling her. This was cheating!
I did warned my ex-wife over three times both on the telephone and face-to-face encounter that, the day i will sleep with another woman, it will be the end of our marriage due to the constant physical assaults she was unleashing against me under the orders of this same FBI Agent woman.
I was deeply wounded, and I was done with this marriage at this point. In response, I sought solace in the arms of two women at different moments who expressed interest in talking and sleeping with me based on friendship with benefits. I connected with one on a social media platform, while the other was someone I encountered at my former school, Technical Learning Centers, now known as Prospect College. The one I connected with via a social media platform was showing suspicious behavior when I visited her at the hospital; her grandmother was sick and seeking treatment. She expressed a need for money, and I gave her some, but I stopped talking to her immediately due to her suspicious behaviors. The other person I met at the technical school, I took her out shopping at Victoria's Secret, took her for dinner, and bought her food and gave her money, too. However, out of the sudden, we stopped talking and we were no more in contact at no fault of my own. When i slept with this two women i came back home and told my ex-wife. We were still living in the same house and slept in the same bed.
A third woman contact me one evening, this time with a forceful price tag of $1,000.00 to sleep with her, and asked to meet with me, it is at this juncture that i started to realized that my ex-wife were working with someone outside of our marriage against me. So i declined to meet with the third woman and declined her $1,000.00 price tag sex-offer. This experience marked a definitive turning point for me regarding sexual friendship.
Acknowledge, each time i did warned my ex-wife that the day i will sleep with another woman will mark the end of our marriage due to constant physical assaults she was unleashing against me, this same FBI Agent woman, was following my marriage, unlawfully interfered in my marriage, listening to my marriage affairs and conversation's, making death threats against my ex-wife to force her to obey her directive.

Those two women, with whom i slept with on Friendships with benefits basis were sent by this same FBI Agent woman because she knew i warned my ex wife and explicitly told her when such act take place, it will mean the end of our marriage due to her violence and caughting her romantizing a man while being married to me.

The same FBI agent woman had turned my ex-wife against me under the false pretext that I did not serve all my time for all the crimes I committed before receiving my 5-year sentence, all suspended, 1 year sentenced with restitution fees and probation fees to pay on August 25th through 26th, 2009. She was also threatened that she would kill my ex-wife if she did not join her.
Due to the persistent and alarming threats and unlawful interference in our marriage made by this FBI agent woman, I took decisive action by securing a protective order against my ex-wife and finalizing my divorce on March 29th, 2019.
From 2020 to 2023, I started to experience overwhelming harassment from homosexual men, confused where it was coming from, I had this conversation and complained to family members.
This same FBI Agent woman was sending these men because she said that, my ex-wife told her, if a man cheats when married, he must turn gay. My ex-wife cheated on me first by romanticizing a man behind my back without telling me, and that broke the trust and bond we had, and this is why I went outside of the house to seek comfort. I learned later on that she also went and slept with that man she was romanticizing with.

Throughout my marriage, I never once asked my ex-wife for anything. I took on the responsibility of caring for her and our entire household, including her biological son, with unwavering dedication. On the day of our divorce, she expressed her hunger. Even after we parted ways, I took her to a restaurant near Rockville Circuit Court to make sure she had a meal. My heart was heavy; while she enjoyed a generous plate of salad, I could only sip my tea, overcome by the hurtful weight of the moment.
After she finished her meal, I handed her a $100 bill, encouraging her to buy things for herself and her son. This was the way we said our goodbyes—never with insults or disrespect.

The fact is, this same FBI agent woman began to take notice of my transformation. She witnessed my rise to prominence as I completed my bachelor’s degree and immediately pursued my master’s. She recognized the profound impact of faith in my life, as I earned honors in academics and received numerous recommendations from respected individuals. Instead of abandoning her schemes, she devised an intricate plan involving various sexual women, underage girls, from 2021 and beyond, ultimately aiming to frame me for a crime I didn’t commit. However, I proactively blocked and exposed each of her attempts.

It was brought to my attention that my ex-wife authored a fake paper accusing me of various crimes, which she then provided to the same FBI Agent woman to pursue against me. I want to make it unequivocally clear: before marrying my ex-wife, I did not commit any crimes, and after our marriage ended, I have also remained law-abiding. The only person i blamed and seeking accountability and justice against is the FBI and it's Inspection Division.

When we started exposing them, she deputized my siblings, friends, social media friends, and classmates using the same tactics and turned them against me.

They are now saying that the Lord Prophetic Office that He placed in my life has been the power that has blocked them from their investigation; This is absurd! The prophetic cannot be used with malicious intention. For the Prophetic to work, one must be clean and free of any evil or wrongdoing. In essence, if someone commits an infraction and seeks to use the Lord prophetic power to block a conduct, it will not work. The Prophetic cannot be used as a marketplace. So, God has been by our side because he knows that I am innocent.

The FBI is seeking to force me into taking a biological test and saying they want to know where the power God placed in me comes from, and they want to send me to a notorious city in the USA to work for them, using the prophetic to catch criminals. How can the prophetic be used in such disgusting manners? My background is in healthcare/medical, and all of my degrees, including professional degrees, are in the same field.
I cannot, and will not, work for the FBI as an informant or surrogate. All we are seeking is accountability 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐣𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐞 for all the wrongful acts 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐅𝐁𝐈 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐢𝐭𝐬 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐃𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 have allowed the same FBI Agent woman to conduct.
I cannot be coerced, bribed, manipulated, or bought.
I cannot take on a work with the FBI that consist of hurting and lieing on people. We are currently in the District Court for the District of Columbia, pursuing accountability and justice. However, for the past two to three weeks, one of the court clerks, demonstrating a troubling personal agenda, has been instigating unnecessary conflicts that are interfering with our pursuit of accountability and justice in this avenue.
This District Court for Washington District of Columbia, have misleading the people by saying that i did not serve the documents and summons to defendant's when in facts i did serves all document's to defendant's and submitted Certificate of Services for all services rendered with Certified Tracking Receipts. The reason why they are taking these malicious routes is because, according to our investigation's and extensive observation's, if the District Court for Washington District of Columbia dismiss my claim with such false pretext, the FBI and it's Inspection Division is planing to come to me with a settlement offers, on their terms to force me into signing their forms and gutted my First Amendmend Right and force me to work for them against my will.
It's fair to affirmed, every outcome the FBI or his inspection have received from this court have not been on merit rather on interpersonal relationship's, and corruption.
This same FBI Agent woman is the emblem of injustice and everything i have suffered and endured in Comcast of the District LLC and beyond. We are seeking Accountability and Justice.
