Many of us, devoted Dallas Cowboys fans, have stood by this team through thick and thin. We continue to invest our loyalty, time, money, and energy into raising the prestige of the Cowboys. Yet, our loyalty has been rewarded with a series of disappointments, primarily due to the leadership of General Manager Jerry Jones. His leadership has seemingly tainted any chances of the team ever capturing significant wins in the future.

Jerry Jones has held the reins of the Cowboys for over three decades, but it's been nearly 30 years since we've seen our team win playoff games or make a strong showing in the Superbowl. The longevity of this dry spell implies a correlation between the team's inability to secure important victories and Jones' leadership. As a fan base, we believe it is essential to bring in new vitality to the organization in order to return it to its former glory.

We respect Jerry Jones' immense contributions to the Cowboys, but to bring about the improvement all fans are yearning for, we believe it's time for a change in the team's management. We propose an outside executive be hired to helm the Dallas Cowboys as General Manager. This move can bring fresh perspectives and strategies that might reignite our team’s winning spirit.
