As a Jewish individual with close ties to the White Afrikaans minority farmers, I am deeply disturbed by the escalating violence and hate speech in South Africa. The leaders of the Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) have publicly sung "Shoot the white farmer," expressed intentions to arm Hamas, and accused Jews of training Whites as snipers against Blacks. This is not just an attack on a racial minority but also an act of antisemitism that cannot be ignored.

The African National Congress (ANC) has shown a lackadaisical response towards these heinous farm murders. Their decision to disband the "Commando System" has only worsened the situation, leaving vulnerable communities unprotected. The non-existent response of the South African Police Services (SAPS) has further shown that there is no interest in safeguarding the minority White Afrikaaners. The level of violence, hatred, cruelty and malice displayed during farm murders is well beyond normal crime, with many victims actively being tortured, maimed, raped and murdered in horrendous ways including children and elderly drowned in boiling water and strangling a paralyzed and wheelchair bound man.

The cases are too many to list currently and the details too harrowing, we have acquired the assistance of Afriforum to detail all the cases and events in order to provide the Israeli team with an accurate list. 

This petition calls upon Israel to charge South Africa, ANC & EFF at the International Court of Justice (ICJ) for their role in promoting genocide against white farmers, inciting genocide through hate speech, supporting terrorist organizations like Hamas and fostering antisemitism.

South Africa's recent false application against Israel at ICJ is another example of their immoral stance. It's time we stand up against these injustices. We must ensure that those responsible are held accountable on an international level for their actions which are clearly violating human rights norms.
