Have you ever worked on a Statutory Holiday? If you work that day, your employer is obligated to pay time and a half. What if your employer invited you into a scheduling meeting and asked you to sign a document to schedule you to work and pay you time and half, So you show up to work and complete your day.

However, on payday your payroll does not have time and a half. In fact, the employer decides that they do not want to comply with the scheduling meeting agreement, even though it is legislation to pay you time and half. The employer asserts the right to have that agreement go into non-compliance, even though the agreement was based on legislation, a legislation that cannot be rescinded in a regular scheduling meeting.

Well, that is exactly what happened in the meeting with the CFSRB (Child Family Services Review Board). My request was quite simple and demonstrated that path in natural law. In the agreement, it clearly reiterates legislation that was being denied to me and my children as victims - to bring a solution to the experience my children were having while attending BWDSB, and BGCFS (Bruce Grey Child Family Service) was responsible to provide the path to justice for my children. 

Rather, BGCFS disregarded legislation forcing me into a procedure that in that procedure attempted to write my legislation away, as non-compliance. Even worse, BGCFS violated the educational rights of my children by refusing to action all documents that I presented to them in the best interest of my children and return them to an environment that was dangerous.

My children asked BGCFS if they were going to action my documents after accumulating requests for four years for a path to justice, the Caseworker responded, "I don't know," and, "It was a long time ago. Right?" Clearly, BGCFS dismissed the emotional abuse to two minors in the Province of Ontario.

Demand an investigation into BGCFS, as there may be others. No man is an island has a deeper meaning. Please support my petition.
