As students of Niagara University, we are personally affected by the subpar services provided by Metz. Our daily lives are disrupted with dirty plates, cups, and silverware. We even encounter raw food or unaccommodated choices on a regular basis. This is not only inconvenient but also poses potential health risks.

Metz has been providing us with food services for years now. However, their quality has drastically deteriorated over time. The current situation is unacceptable and it's high time we demand better.

According to the U.S Department of Agriculture (USDA), proper food handling and sanitation can prevent most foodborne diseases. Yet here in our community, these standards seem to be overlooked by Metz.

We believe that everyone deserves access to clean utensils and properly cooked meals - basic necessities that should never be compromised.

Therefore, we urge the higher ups to either enforce stricter regulations on Metz or find an alternative provider who can assure us of better service quality.
