This past week I spent 5 days with Novant, 3 of which were in the hellhole they call the ER. Inadequate staffing which means you can call and call before someone comes, the staff is too busy and short on patience, beds are in hallways not rooms, meals are hit and miss (one night dinner was served at 9:30PM) - I’m not sure they deserve two stars. -RZ
