09/01/2026--D7 Melgar & Mayor Daniel Lurie don't care about SF Tenants in Parkmerced Apts./I MOVED!

I have been advocating for years to seek justice at Park Merced Apartments. Many tenants either struggle to unite, cannot afford to move due to rent control, or are ultimately displaced through constructive evictions like I experienced.

I will keep this petition active in case someone from Park Merced wishes to take it over or if it becomes needed for a legal action against Brick & Timber Park Merced Apartments. I have heard that Park Merced has been installing security cameras that violate tenants' privacy and placing unlawful eviction notices on tenants' doors, forcing them out of their homes.

I am now advocating for tenants' rights at my new residence! I had to relocate urgently after being displaced from Park Merced Apartments following three years of tenancy. It feels like I moved from one difficult situation straight into another.  It feels like I went from one difficult situation directly into another. I am blessed and extremely grateful to have recently secured legal support, and we are prepared to take on this challenge! Stay hopeful, Park Merced residents, and consider reaching out to the Bar Association for legal guidance.
