Petition updateDemand Relocation, Reimbursement & Mold Remediation in Park Merced Apartments

I was forced into a constructive eviction, and I am proud to say I have finally moved out!

Although I was subjected/forced into a constructive eviction and ultimately moved out 100% last week, I remain committed to advocating for the residents of Parkmerced. These corporate housing scammers and slumlords didn’t cover my relocation fees, and I still haven’t been reimbursed for the damages.

The week I was picking up the rest of my furniture, they moved a man into one of the empty units to stalk, spy on, and harass me. These people are nothing but ruthless thugs.

Brick & Timber property management took over Maximus Property, and they are worse.

I have lost over $10k in damages and out-of-pocket expenses living there for 3 years and 4 months.

One of the most discouraging challenges I faced while living there was my inability to secure legal representation. Now, I am determined to embark on a quest to find an attorney.

Honestly, I moved out of the unit just in time! The hot weather last month triggered the mold, and it started showing through the walls, spreading like a nasty virus. And to top it off, they’ve never actually done any black mold remediation—just painted over it.

Many SF residents are moving out of Parkmerced because black mold has infested their units, ruining personal belongings, and the corporate landlord runs the place like they’re the warden of Pelican Bay Prison.

You can always tell when a lot of tenants are moving out—suddenly, there are rent specials everywhere, and the prices are the lowest in the city. Don’t be fooled by deals that seem too good to be true!

Let’s keep signing and standing up for all tenants dealing with these corporate housing bullies and slumlords!
